In-Store Pickup Policy

Want to order something online and pick it up in-store? We offer in-store pickup for our local customers and the pickup times are as follows:

Orders placed before 4pm on weekdays (Monday-Friday) can be picked up the same day.

Orders placed after 4 pm on weekdays (Monday-Friday) can be picked up at noon the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) can be picked up at noon on the following Monday.

All in-store pickup orders MUST be picked up from the ella + scott storefront within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued for any items past the 30 day pickup window.
