When Will my order ship?
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days if standard shipping is selected. Once shipped, the estimated arrival time is within 3-5 business days.

If you need your order sooner, priority shipping is available for an additional fee.

Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.00 (allow 3-5 business days).
Express Shipping is available for $25.00 (1-3 business days).
Where do you ship?
Currently, shopellascott.com only ships within the United States.
How do I know the status of my order?
Once you've place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your order any time by clicking the link in your email or by entering your tracking number at the corresponding shipping company.

If you package arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your package at the email below with the following information:
Attn: Website Orders in the subject line. Please include full name, order number and a photo of the damaged/defective item. Please do not return damaged merchandise without contacting the store first.
